I received the pink scarf labelled 100% silk. It was beautiful, but it was actually a silk blend. As shown in the photo, the material frayed slightly after gentle hand-washing and testing indicated it was not pure silk. The seller explained this in messages, noting that some scarves are blends to pass on costs, and issued a full refund. While the product wasn’t as expected, the seller was apologetic, responsive, and resolved the issue.
